Service description

ASHVUN Agent Ops provides site monitoring, workflow automation, agent-assisted drafting, operational dashboards, and related setup/support services. Services may include Site Watch Agent, Workflow Agent, Founder Ops Agent, and custom scoped integrations.

Customer responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate setup information and approved access.
• You are responsible for reviewing drafts, recommendations, and queued actions before approving them.
• You must not connect systems or data you do not have authority to use.
• You must keep your account, credentials, and connected tools secure.

AI output and automation

AI-generated drafts, summaries, plans, and recommendations may be incomplete or incorrect. ASHVUN is designed to support human review, not replace judgment for important business, legal, financial, employment, medical, or safety decisions.

Subscriptions, setup fees, and billing

Setup fees cover initial scoping, configuration, and implementation work. Monthly fees cover operation, maintenance, monitoring, and support according to the selected package. Final pricing may be confirmed after an Agent Ops Audit.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful use.
• No attempts to bypass scope rules, security controls, rate limits, or access boundaries.
• No use for spam, credential theft, malware, surveillance abuse, or unauthorized system access.

Availability and changes

ASHVUN may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. No system is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASHVUN is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the services.
